12 ounce can into pint glass, no canning date. Pours hazy orange copper color with a small white head with decent retention, that reduces to a thin cap. Minimal lacing on the glass. Aromas of orange, biscuit, toast, caramel, nuttiness, vanilla, grass, floral, light chocolate, and herbal. Very nice aromas with good balance and strength. Taste of orange, biscuit, toast, nuttiness, caramel, vanilla, floral, grass, and herbal. Lingering notes of citrus, toast, biscuit, caramel, nuttiness, vanilla, and light herbal spiciness on the finish for a bit. Fairly robust flavors with nice balance; no cloying sweetness at all. Medium carbonation and body; with a creamy and lightly crisp mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is very well hidden with hardly any warming present on the finish. Overall this is a damn nice cream ale. Nice amount of flavor and balance; very smooth and easy to drink. Really enjoyable, I would have it again.

Refrigerated bottle poured into a weizen glass. Pours clear amber with small white head. Some lacing, medium body, medium carbonation, velvety texture, and caramel aroma. Taste is nice caramel, some toffee, and a hint of spice. Simple, easy to drink, good beer.

Can. Pours with a clear copper hued body with a lasting off-white head. Aromas are lightly metallic, light spice, caramel, malty, sweet, corn, wheat, grainy. Low ester, minimal hop. Flavors are grainy, light spice, strong vanilla, straw, wheat. Pretty clean except for the spice. Low ester. Lively carbonation, medium dry, thinner body.

Tried twice now, can and draft. This is the most putrid beer I have ever tried from a good craft brewer. Its tastes like unferemented wort. Checking the website I see this is only 4 IBUs, that’s like a contact hop-high. There most be one pellet for each batch. It looks ugly as well, like dirty tea mud with a golden hue to it. Ughh. Its nothing like the description.
