Bottle sample at Specja?y Regionalne, pours a clear copper. Aroma brings out pure honey nectar, a little wood and slight oxidation. Flavour is intensely complex, with dense honey nectar, liqueur-like syrup and light alcohol. Syrup, dense palate, with intense sweetness. Unbelievably elegant product. Lovely.

Cognac-brandy colour, clear. Punch of alcohol, fusels, winebrand; intense. Cherries, cherrybrand. Honey, very sweet, honingbollen, cognac even in the flavour. Sweet, warming, explosive flavour just go on and on. Oh dear. I just adore Polish meads. 9/4/8/4/17
