Cask. Golden colour with a small foamy white head. Aroma is sweet malts, grains, some floral and fruity notes. Flavour is fruity, floral, some biscuity and mild earthy notes along with some citrus and a nice mellow lingering bitterness, which leaves for a good while in the aftertaste.

Cask at the Wenlock on 8th November 2009. Gold, white head. Clean, hoppy and very easy drinking on a quasi-saline mouthfeel. Rewarding hoppy finish. A delicious session ale.

Cask gravity at GBBF 2007. Gold, lasting bubbly beige head. The inital yeast aroma dies down to a slightly citrusy aroma. A reasonable Roosters beer, but lacks it’s usual oomph.
