Gravicask on the second day at Plymouth Camra Beer Festival 2016. Bright, warm golden body. Patchy lacing, dotted spots on the glass. Modest peachy aroma. Mild malt-fruity flavours of peaches, bread and lemony hops. Distant bitter end. Fair enough, does not stand out in any way (Shared with Finn, 24.09.2016).

Cask at the Watford Beer Festival 2013. Cringeworthy misogyny aside, this beer poured a hazy golden colour with a scummy white head. Aroma of peaches, candy sugar and floral hops. Sweet mango and toffee flavours, balanced with some dry straw. Finish was maple syrup, biscuity malt and fruit salad.

Cask @ Bridge Bier Huis, Burnley. Clear golden with a creamy head and a fairly smooth texture. It’s a lager style ale with a bland malt in aroma and taste.

(Cask at Crown, Stockport, 29 July) Colour is golden amber with a frothy white head. Nose is fruity with lemon and a grassy hop aroma. Taste is fruity with lemon, grapefruit and a grassy hoppiness in the long, rather dry, finish. Very refreshing.

Cask conditioned at NERAX 4/27/2005
Orange-yellow body, small, well-retained white head. Smells rather funky, maybe some fuggles gone South? Tastes of sugary, almost buttercream-like malt, bits of fruitiness apparent as well, light lemon-orange. A bit of soap on the finish. Medium body, no wateriness. I could get used to the odd funkiness, whatever it is.
