Tap @ Lord Nelson. Medium head with medium duration. Color is pale hazy yellow. Aroma and taste are nice and acidic apples, spicy notes and well warming. Nice and prickly carbonation.

Cloudy pale yellow with no head. Weak apple aroma with sulphur notes. Sweet apple flavour with some elderflower and unpleasant notes of what might be the green of the elderflower.

Draught at Lord Nelson, Copenhagen. Hazy very pale yellow colour. Sourish appley nose, not bad, genuine. Sourish appley taste, kinda corky, wild tasting, bit acidity burn but with sweet pleasant notes, Papsoe said pineapple and I concur. No elderflower notes, which is odd but hey, drinking this I don’t exactly miss them. This is a good, drinkable cider, and I’m glad to have tried it!

Cloudy yellow with a tiny white short lasting head. Aroma had apples, phenol and it came out dry. Flavour was sweet with apples, phenol and with a slightly dryer finish.

tap at lord nelson. pours a hazy yellow with lots of white head. quite mild acid sour aroma. i can barely sense the apples, but they’re good. flavor is more sour than acid. tastes like a well aged cider.elderflower can be tasted, it bumps up the sweetness a little bit, i think.

On tap. Cloudy pale golden with a basically absent head. Fresh and lightly tart apple aroma. Light body, a little watery with a fresh apple fruitiness and a perfectly balanced acidity. No real traces of elderflower though. 130109

On tap at Lord Nelson, Copenhagen. Cider with elderflower. Very refreshing, slightly sweet. Looks like a perry, silver green. Farty yeasty aroma. Lovely juicy elderflower flavour in mouth. No one else seemed to like it but it reminded me a bit of Cheriton Elder.

Had this at the Lord Nelson bar, Kobenhaven 14-09-08 Very eggy sulphourous nose to this it composty as well, didn’t mind this but it was unfortunate that I also found elements of this in the mouth which was quite off putting. Hazy lemon in colour, little too sweet, can’t get past the egginess.
