Sample from a can at the Southern Tier tasting at Blacklick Wine & Spirits on 05/21/09. Pours murky orange with a medum and foamy light beige head that diminishes steadily. Stringy lacing. Aroma of floral hops and touches of malt and yeast. Medium body with flavors of hops, citrus and caramel malt. The finish is hoppy and floral with a bitter aftertaste that lingers for a bit. Above average overall.

Can. A hazy amber beer with a thin orangey head. The aroma is sweet with notes of grass, hops, and grapefruit. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, grrapefruit, hops, and elderberries. The body is a bit on the light side. Thanks Papsoe for sharing.

can at Ft Wayne tasting - Pours lightly hazy amber with a white head. The aroma is mainly of citrus hops. It has a pleasantly balanced taste of caramel malt and citrus hops. Donβt let the can deceive you. While not a superb brew, itβs a solid session beer.

courtesy of lowgear. pours hazy copper, thick off white head. Aroma pine hops come first and a nice malty aroma is also noticeable. Taste, light malts, caramel notes, butter like mouthfeel. Some hops with pine and citrus flavors. The beer remains well balanced. Profile is malty, whith some hops in the background giving the palate a grassy touch.

Golden-amber with a slight haze. Very chewy aroma - way too much crystal malt. Extra resiny, chewy taste. For being fresh it really duplicates that oxidized malt note well. Not even remotely bright, and tough to drink much more than a glass.

Pours with a large, off-white rocky head covering a clear amber body. Great lacing and full retention. Aroma of citrus hops and tangy toffee malts. Taste is malty with a light citrus and floral hop backbone. Creamy mouthfeel. Great Texas beer.
