Ale brewed with Italian spelt and honey. Deep golden color with attractive orange tints. Opalescent with a good strong foamy head.
The aroma starts off with dominant notes of raw grain, but is joined by a definite undercurrent of tangerine peel and acacia honey. Well balanced in the palate with a pleasant rustic hint.

Bottle from CBC - Westford. Hazy gold-light brown, nice sparkle, nice head with excellent retention and soapy lacing. Aroma is pale Euro malts, mild honey. Taste follows aroma with light florals and fruit. Smooth, frothy texture, almost champagne-like initial effervescence then average carbonation, finish as taste.

16 oz can shared by tfontana. Thanks for the opportunity! Aroma of yeast and soft honey -ish tones. Flavor follows. Carbonated a bit on the fizzy side. Honey isn’t overly done. It is ok.

From 75cc bottle, at Casa Zanni, in Verucchio, Italy. Pours gold, a little hazy, with medium white foam, only when pouring. Aroma is malty and honey, a little hay. Body of medium. Taste is sweet, followed by some soft herbaceous. Finish is medium, with a little bitterness sticking around.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Yoav’s place. Thanks Yoav. Hazy pale yellow. Sourish aroma, grainy, with fruitiness and a vinegar note. Sweetish-sourish flavor with graininess, fruitiness, honey, a candy-ish note, and a bitterish finish. Medium-bodied.

Bottle, 75cl, at Haandverkerstuene. A hazy, golden beer with a small, off-white head. The aroma has cellar, oranges, sugar and a lemony touch. A nice bitterness in the flavor, along with oranges and lemon, cellar and white sugar. Full-bodied and maybe a bit heavy on the carbonation, but pleasant. Sweet and slightly bitter in the end. A tasteful and pleasant beer. 110211

750 ml bottle, courtesy of Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 5.6%. Cloudy golden colour, large to moderate white head. High level of carbonation in the mouth. Strong aroma and flavour of spelt, honey and chamomile, also notes of white kandi sugar and "Belgian" ale yeast. Noticeable hops in the finish. Quite good.
