Une Double Uytzet, style authentique Gantois avec de l’épeautre et du seigle, filtrée sur paille et fermentée avec notre souche de levure maison! Une tuerie bien rustique qui glisse toute seule à 5.5%!

Bottle shared with the boys. Szegyenszemre, de legalabbis sajnalatomra ezen a ponton nem keszitettem mar jegyzeteket, csak pontoztam a sort.

75 cl bottle. Pretty looking beer, and orange color and a quite murky, a head is big and blond. Aroma has fruitness, apricot marmelade, light earthyness and flowers, even hint of perfume. Taste has fruitness, apricot, flowers, spicyness of black pepper, nicely dry. Medium bodied. This was a surprise, great beer. Complex and aromatic. Very nice.

On tap @Luppolo Station (Rome). Ambrata leggermente scarica, un filo torbida, bel cappello di schiuma bianca, mediamente persistente. Al naso punte erbacee, di frutta gialla, leggermente floreali (camomilla) e speziate, cereali. In bocca è splendida, rotonda e ben strutturata, cereale, attacco abboccato e chiusura amara e secca lunga e persistente. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Gran birra!
