On tap @ Henrik. This is a cloudy, deep burgundy looking one with a creamy beautiful lacing light beige top. It has a nice caramel nose with some red fruits. Smells quite nice. It's sweet in the taste, what I will describe as super fruity and actually quite delicious tasting. Soft malty crackers and nutty hints. In the mouth this feels mild oily and it's gentle carbonated. A nice one to have before we are off to The Julebord! 30.11.2013

Bottle: Poured a light brown color ale with a super large off-white foamy head with perfect retention and perfect lacing. Aroma is mostly dominated by floral and lightly grassy hops. Taste is a mix of lightly bitter and grassy hops with some floral notes and a medium dry caramel malt base with a light bitter finish. Body is quite full with limited filtration and great carbonation. Not bad but really nothing here is memorable except for the head retention.

On tap at Lord Nelson, Copenhagen in April 2011. (rating number 1100) Dark amber with a small creamy head. Aroma of fruit, toffee, berries and some notes of earth. The same in the rather sweet taste, also some notes of yeast and grass. Ok but not the best IPA out there.

0,5 l. bottle from SPAR supermarket, Sæby nearby the brewery. Unclear amber coloured. Small light-brown head. Aroma of light pines, light spice and a hint of chocolate. Pine, chocolate, citrus and some caramel in taste. Medium body. Ends slightly bitter with citrus. Quite refreshing and easy to drink. Not a stunner, but well balanced.
