(Cask at Gallows Bird, 20120523) The beer poured mahogany coloured and clear. Its head was small and white. Aroma had malts and caramell. Palate was medium bodied with low carbonation. Flavours were malts, mildly caramell, mild roastedness and lowish bitterness. Aftertaste was malty and bitter. Weak and watery.

Unimaginative ale, little nose, no distinct flavour, just a regular and below average drink.

Gravity cask at the Bree Louise. Clearish, dark gold pour with no head. Toast and straw on the nose with some fine citrus. Flavor has good sweetness with light bread and plenty of citrus hops, mostly tangerine and orange. Light to medium in body with fine carbonation. Finishes slightly dry and sweet, some dough and more citrus. Nice beer.
