Draught at the source, 11/8/15.
Light amber-golden body shows good clarity and carbonation creating a white head that is moderately well retained.
Big earthy, leafy, slightly floral nose slowly incorporates a bit of tangerine-orange and light pine in to it. Big pale malts balance in the back and the beer is clean and shows no sign of alcohol.
Moderately sweet, with stonefruits taking shape and mixing with the pale malt sugars to give off mango, overripe nectarine and light peach. Dries out toward the finish, with dank, leafy, herbal notes. Much better on the finish than it is starting out. Probably just a bit too much malt sweetness and big, fruity notes up front, but still enjoyable, especially on the end. Ample, mostly tight carbonation.

22 Oz bottle labeled as Fremont Cowiche Canyon Hop Lab Mosaic. Pours a bright golden color with a big bubbles head. Sometimes you just gotta have some big time hops, and I look to beers like this. Huge hop aroma and flavor centered, as expected. Every loves Fremonts big beers but I’ll take their hoppy beers over all of them. Awesome.

On tap at Fremont, pours a clear copper golden with a small white head. Aroma is pretty dank, with tropical fruits and dank herbal hops. Flavour is very grassy and leafy, with loads of herbal hops. Almost a pot-like quality to it as well. Pretty decent, but not overly thrilling. Okay.

Bomber thanks to Chris! Pours crystal clear orange with a medium beige head, creamy and slow to dissipate leaving nice lacing. Aroma is a bit of a bummer actually, light overall, with some citrus and passionfruit along with floral and grass notes. Flavor is light sweet and light bitter, nondescript actually. Lightish body. A far far cry from the original, and a bummer given how much I typically enjoy Mosaic hops.
