Bottle, #9, four months before bbd. A gusher. Pours cloudy, dark yellow, with an enormous creamy head. Aroma is notes of wooden wit yeast, with hay and some fruity esters, as well as green tea with citrus and some tart funky notes. Medium body, with an effervescent, fizzy carbonation. Flavour is tart fruity yeast, green tea, sweet citrus, grass and slightly funky notes, as well as malts with cereals and toffee.

Tåkete gulbrun med høyt hvitt skum. Lukter, korn, hvete, gjær og noe grapefrukt. Lett. Smaker noe bitter barnål og noe søtlig honning og korn. Noe oljete.

500ml bottle bought at Kjeller 5. Decent snow white head slowly reduced to a remaining layer. Next to clear, pale golden body. Spotty lacing. Grassy and wheaty nose. Similar taste of grass and wheat with impact of ripe lemon and some spices. Mid-dry citric ending. Refreshing to our roasted chicken dish (Tromsø 05.02.2017).

Flaske 500ml fra Kjeller 5. Gråbrun. Uklar. Middels høyt skum. Lett syrlig fruktaroma med underliggende preg av malt. Smaken lett krydret. Ekstra uklar siste kvelling. Litt bunnfall. Sikkert grei til lett krydret mat.
