Dyb og humlet, gul som forårssolen.

Forårsbryg er en af sværvægterne, med en dyb maltsødme, og en alkoholprocent der sniger sig helt op på 8. Den er brygget på Abby Ale gær, ligesom vores Stjernebryg. Denne slags øl er tit mørke, men vores Forårsbryg er lys og propfuld af humle. Balancepunktet ligger mellem sødmen fra malten og den dybe alkohol, og citrus-agtige Cascade.

Pours hazy golden with a minimal white head. Aroma: citrus, floral hops, coriander and yeast. Taste: coriander and belgiany malts. Lemon zest. Tidy palate.

50 cl bottle, BBE August 2017. Hazy, golden colour with an amber tint. Medium sized off-white head. Fruity aroma with citrus, floral hops, grasses yeasts, exotic fruits and a lightly toasted note. Taste is light bitter. Medium body with a creamy texture and a soft carbonation. Finishes dry and fruity bitter. A warmth from the alcohol. Nice Ale, bordering a Triple in most flavour components.

A hazy dark golden beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of yeast, candy sugar, fruits, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of candy sugar, fruits, alcohol, and malt, leading to a sweet finish.

KRS 110715. Deep golden colour with an off-white head. Aroma is fruit, malt, sugar. Flavour is fruit, malt, sugar, hop, alcohol, grass, peaches. Ordinary beer.

Bottle 500ml as "Økologisk Forårs Bryg" @ Sommerhuset
Pours hazy deep golden with a off-white head. Aroma has note sof malt, grain, some fruitiness and hint of alcohol. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter with a warm, malty and fruity finish. Body is medium to full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Hazy golden with a lasting white head. Citrus hoppy aroma with some spicy and fruity fermentation notes. Sweet, fruity flavour with a spicy touch and a mild bitter finish.

Bottle@Borups - orange pour with white head. Very sweet malty and fruity aroma and taste, fruity and very floral, to sweet for my palate.
