(Draught at Lord Nelson, Copenhagen, 6 July 2012) Amber colour with brief, off-white head. Fruity nose with dried fruit, red berries and caramel. Fruity taste with notes of caramel, dried fruit, red berries and a spicy bitterness in a fairly sweet finish. More than medium body, quite sweet. Balanced, tasty and quite nice.

500ml Bottle (8%) - Hazy amber/gold with a foamy head. Malt, lemon, yeast and apricot in the aroma. Fruity and slightly sweet taste with notes of peach, biscuity malt and hops. Nothing special, but perfectly drinkable.

I would rather call this a bière de garde because of it´s stregth and it´s taste. Pours cloudy and amber with a medium offwhite head. Refereshing smell of tangerines and white bread. A smooth, slightly oily mouthfeel with a medium bitterness that tastes a lot like piles from cirtruses. Long aftertaste but the alcohol destrubes me and my bottle still says 8%. I would rather see this kind of beer around 6,5%.
