Pint on tap at Puss in Boots, Offerton. Crystal clear golden bronze beer with thin but solid white head. Zero carbonation. Popcorn sweet nose, some vrgetal notes. Laces well. Light body. More sweet corn then bitter fruits in the finish. Probably too sweet for a bitter but the drying finish encourages more quaffing.

Cask @ Castle Hotel, Manchester. Copper-amber with a small sticky-sweetness in texture and taste. The full description for this ale which may or may not get added is - "Pity the fool who doesn’t try this old school, full bodied, powerhouse of a bitter! With a taste of toffee, biscuit and a hint of citrus, Beer Baracus is your A-Team throughout February and March."
