A refreshing pilsner paired with a blast of ripe raspberry courtesy of bottlegreen®. Tastes like the perfect picnic punnet.

330ml can from Sainsburys, Darlington. Gluten Free. Golden colour, bubbly white foam head leaving lacing and aroma of raspberry, pale malt. Taste is sweet, juicy raspberry, light malty, grain, with slight grassy bitterness. Light to medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying ripe raspberry flavour with alittle bitterness at the finish. Quite drinkable.

The can managed to fill the glass, which can be useful as I've occasionally found my glass empty without reviewing a beer assuming there is still some left in the container, only to find I had already poured and drank it all! The raspberry here is strong but not overbearing, plentiful in both aroma and taste, negating any lager taste, although there's some evident in texture.
