Cask quite a few times at The Bull, Streatham as Youngs London Special (02/06/2022) - amber/copper pour with a off white head. Toasted and sweet malty, with notes of caramel, cereal, light dried fruit notes, soft cask carbonation, twiggy hoppy undertones, toasted malty and bitter twiggy hoppy close. Used to drink the original Youngs Special many years ago, this Eagle brewed version is not in the same league but still found it passable in the great condition the Bull maintains its cask.

From tap at Cutty Sark, Greenwich. 15.01.22. Clear pale copper amber. Dense and persistent off-white head and lacing. Fine aroma and taste og pale malt, medium dark malt and dried fruits. A slight hint of undefineable sourness. Very moderate bitterness. Appropriately uncarbonated. Served well above cellar temperature.
