Pale yellow in color and naturally conditioned in the bottle, the beer may be poured cloudy by gently swirling the last few inches to rouse the natural yeast sediment. Alternatively, clear beer can be decanted carefully leaving the yeast behind. Either way serve cool in a tall glass for a superbly refreshing wheat beer of character and individuality. Only natural ingredients are used including our own supply of exceptionally soft Cornish spring water. Malted wheat produces a beer with a citrus tang which has been delicately flavoured with whole spices and vanilla. The combination of flavors is brought alive by gently sweetening with pure organic maple syrup.
Ingredients: Maris Otter pale malt, whaet malt. Willamette hops. Vanilla pods, cloves, coriander, maple syrup.

Bottle shared at the pre GBBF chriso’s tasting day 2 07/08/2016. Many thanks to Colin for this one. A light hazed yellow golden coloured pour with a no head. Aroma is lemon floral, tangy peel, straw. Flavour is composed of light grains, mineral, chalky, hints of lemon. Palate is thin, highish airy carbonation, chalky. Ok.

500ml bottle. Pours a clouded orange colour, not yellow as the name would suggest. Big frothy white head but it collapses quickly leaving almost nothing behind. Some floating sediment in the middle of the glass. Aroma is very fresh and herby, easy to detect the coriander and cloves, as well as the vanilla, citrus fruits too... banana? lemon? Flavour is wheaty, sweet, citrus fruit, coriander. Nice but quite different from actual Belgian witbiers - probably wouldn’t buy this one again.

Pale yellow, no head. Has a lovely wheat beer that you associate with the European continent although its taste and flavours are less stated than this.
