Bottle, thx to papsoe. The beer pours a bit unclear, with microfloaties swimming around in its slightly pale golden body, topped by a dense, off-white head. The aroma unfortunately has a sourish touch, it’s probably infected, but there’s also some perfumy notes and a piney hint. There’s some sourness in the flavor as well, but it feels quite fresh and fruity, with a piney bitterness. Medium body, and a sourness in the finish too. Almost nice, even if it’s infected. (071123)

Draught at Københavnske Øldage 2007
Blond color; creamy head. Nice Saaz aroma. The flavor is simple, sweeter, not enough dry final, without the promised bitterness.

Bottle. Unclear light yellow orange color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, toasted, caramel, sour old celler malt, light to moderate hoppy. Initial flavor is light to moderate sweet and light bitter, finish flavor is light to moderate sweet and moderate bitter with a average duration. Flavor is out of balance. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. (200907)
