(Cask at Gallows Bird, Espoo, on 2009-01-23) Pale copper red and clear. Light (rasp)berry aroma. Medium bodied palate, dryish and litle bit of carbonation. Sweetness, berries, hint of malts and very light bitterness in flavour. Watery and light aftertaste. More juice than a beer.

Cask at GBBF 08. Gold, disappearing off white head. Some raspberry. It’s an odd beer. I kept forgetting that it was on the table in front of me, so I couldn’t have liked it that much as it took me so long to drink.

[Cask at GBBF 2004] A hazy orange beer with no head. The aroma is slightly fruity combined with notes of raspberries. The flavor is very sweet and very fruity and somewhat hoppy - is it Goldings? the flavor also contains some notes of wheat. It is too sweet for me.

Bottle conditioned, batch no. 040812arw. Bought at Memorable Cheeses in Ipswich. This fruit beer is an unfiltered and bottle conditioned wheat lager, not an ale. Cloudy golden colour (I poured the yeast in). Aroma and flavour are prickly and tart raspberries on a wheat background, not too sweet. Rather bitter finish. Not bad.
