Cask @ Rushden Historical Transport Society. Deep copper with a cloud of white head. Unattractive aroma of sulphur, sour grape and turpentine. Taste is woody, medicinal and sour with a lingering dry finish. Nasty sourish aftertaste. Not a good beer by any stretch of the imagination.

(Cask at Angleterre, Helsinki, 2011-03-21) The beer poured copper coloured and clear. Its head was long lasting and white. Aroma was quite sweet and fruity. Palate was medium bodied with low carbonation. Flavours were hops, grain, malts, fruitiness and bitterness. Aftertaste was fruity and bitter. Initlally this appeared as a really good pale ale but unfortunately it turned quite quickly into weak and watery bitter.

14th July 2008. Dark for a low gravity IPA - brown! Dry tangy malt - barely detectable hops. This beer has an identity crisis! A5 A3 T5 P3 O8 Autumn 2009. Clear light brown beer. Neutral palate tending towards a little dry. Tangy and refreshing.
