Bottle. Blonde aged in oak Anjou wine barrels. Time of ageing not mentioned. Bought this one in the Baie de Somme area and drinking it in the Val de Loire, home of Vin d'Anjou. Color: Lightly hazy golden, thin white head. Aroma: Grape, oak wood notes. Taste: Starting grape, malty backbone, going to more oak wood, tannins, bittery notes. Dry finish. Funky hints. Light tartness, moderate sweetness. Just over medium body, low carbonation. Not much left of the original Blonde. Great beer. Nice to find this pearl in France, dominated by 'ordinary' Blonde, Rouge, Blanche etc.

Bière bouteille 33 cl ramenée d'une boutique de spécialités locales au Crotoy. Couleur dorée pâle, légèrement voilée, grosses bulles, pas de mousse. Le nez est sur le raisin, avec une pointe d'acidité. Le goût rappelle une blanche aux touches de raisin blanc. Pas mauvais dans son genre mais pas mon style de bière.
