On tap at the source. Hazy orange amber color with a thin bubbly white head that slowly dissipates. Earthy grassy fruity pine with a hint too much diacetyl. Not bad.

Draft @ Martha’s. Standard pint glass showed copper color with small and white head. Aroma contained basic hop flavors, pine and grapefruit. Little malt for balance. As it warms up I pick up a dirty, English hops taste. Also citrus notes. Bitterness is abrupt. Overall it’s a very simple, standard IPA. I like the Martha’s PC’s IPA much better than this one.

Cask at GBBF 2007. An unclear golden beer with an orange head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of hops, grass, and grapefruit. The flavor is sweet mlaty with strong notes of oranges and grapefruit as well as medium notes of grass, leading to a bitter finish.

Cask-GBBF. Hazy yellow with no head. I didn’t pick up the English character, but rather lime and peach aroma. Dry and bitter with a hint of citrus.

Cask gravity at GBBF 2007. Hazy copper, thinnish beige head. Nice grapefruit hop aroma. Grainy malt in mouth, some toffee. Bit empty in mouth maybe. Still good.

On draught at the brewpub, 5/20/2005 with Muzzlehatch. Golden-orange colored body, lightly hazy at best, with some deep copper tones and a small white head, some retention and lacing. Aroma has notes of honeyish sweet malt, light tangerine and candied oranges from the centennial and magnum. I really enjoy magum and with the sweet, almost pils like malt in this, it reminds me, slightly, of a uber pils. Though there is a much stronger climax of bitterness, more citrus and some dirty/earthy notes from the fuggles. Medium body, with some light thinning on the end. Alcohol or some other sharp dryness (light soapiness) is slightly noticeable. Moderate carbonation, lightly watery mouthfeel.
