Cask @The Crescent, Salford. 5.Jul.2012 Clear straw body, small creamy head. Really lights up the room! Beautiful lacing. Aroma of hops, hints of raspberry, fruit and sweat. Taste of flowers, soap, ginger and banana. Quite funky. Soft carbonation and full bodied. Long aftertaste- it lasted until the next bar. Cheers to bar owner Steve for giving us this one on the house and for being such a charming, interesting and great guy. We’ll be back!:-)

Half, hand-pulled cask at the great Crescent pub in Salford. Many thanks to landlord Steve for this one. Good looking with a bright, yellow-gold coloured body and a lasting low, white head blanketing the glassware. Fresh, plain hoppy aroma. Taste is hoppy, as well, offering hints of sweat, citrus and flowers. Bittersweet tail and oily palate. Has got a dry and crisp mouth feel. Nice (Greater Manchester, 05.07.2012).

Cask gravity at Haddenham Beer Festival, Haddenham, Bucks, 05-07-08 Pours a glorious golden colour with just the merest hint of a thin white head. Wonderful floral nose with plenty of hoppy notes. Stunning citrus flavours, starting with a sweet tangerine and finishing with some grapefruit pithiness. This is a fruity zippy, zappy citric wonder evreryone on the table loved it and it could well turn out to be my beer of the festival, marvellous.

(Cask at Dog & Duck, Soho, London, 27 april 2008) Golden yellow colour with green tinges, brief white head. Fruity, floral nose with lemon and citrussy hops. Fruity, hoppy taste with notes of lemon and grassy, citrussy hops in the finish. Fairly sweet, medium body. Nice citrussy hop character.

Cask handpull at The Roscoe Head, Liverpool. Gold, thin beige head. Some lovely ascetic lemon/grapefruit aroma. Little bit too ascetic for me. Hop is really quite aggressive. Hot hop on finish. Good condition. Green hop flower on finish is excellent.
