500ml bottle from Hop Vault, Stourbridge, online. Lightly hazy gold, small white head, minimal retention. Pale malts and modest root ginger aroma, some floral hops. Taste is light malts, melon, root ginger, long bitter finish, some notes comes across as a bit stale. Light bodied, moderate carbonation. Tis' OK.

Gravity cask - as Enville Ginger - at Cross House Tavern, Tewkesbury. Pours golden yellow with a white cap. Soft, mellow, restrained ginger, some honey sweetness. Light sweet & bitter. Light to medium body with light carbonation. Nicely balanced.

27/1/2023. Cask at the 14th Colchester Winter Ale Festival. Pours clear golden with minimal head. Aroma of mild ginger, malt, caramel, sugar, touch of honey. Quite heavy sweetness, light bitterness. Moderate body, oily and sticky, very soft carbonation. Quite an artificial ginger finish. Like ginger, but not keen on this.

Pours a hazy golden colour with almost no head. Aroma is ginger and unsurprisingly, so is the flavour, some sweetness with a dry and warming spicy finish. It's ginger but doesn't offer to much else.

Cask at Moon under Water, Wolverhampton – as Enville Ginger. Pours a golden yellow with a small white head. Has a creamy texture in the mouth. The ginger flavour is immediate, but restrained. There’s also honey and caramel there, together with hints of lemon, plus malts to give an overall sweet sensation. The ginger presides over the finish too. This is very nice – the beer and ginger are in the right proportions.

På GBBF Winter 2020 i Birmingham. Delt med Rune. Lys gylden. 0 skum. Lett ingefæraroma. Smaken søt ingefær. Ble kvalmende søt etter hvert.

Cask @ The Abbey. Pours clear gold, small white topping. A nice ginger prickle on the nose. Taste presents gentle caramel, biscuit, soft malt with a moderate spicy ginger presence. A pedestrian brew, but the ginger is a pleasant addition.
