Cask at the Walsall Camra, beer festival 2015. Poured a crystal clear straw colour. The aroma is skunky malt, light ginger. The flavour is moderate to strong sweet with a watery light ginger spice palate. Light bodied with soft carbonation. Something isn’t quite right here. Nice try but this needs a lot more work. Could not even finish this

Cask (backlog). Golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is floral, fruity and mild gingery notes to it as well. Flavour is subtle ginger along with quite nice floral and honey like notes along with also some citrusy notes in the finish. A bit watery, but at the same time no ginger bomb.

Cask, gravity at Banbury Beer Festival 06-05-10 Pours warm gold, nose is very gingery. Sweet in mouth, ginger very much to the forefront, in fact this is all its about, fine but one would be enough for me. A6 A4 F6 P3 Ov12 3.1
