Sample from bottle, kindly left behind after the Bokkereyder tasting In de Wildeman. Golden color. Lovely aroma of gooseberries, honey and lemon. Sour with some plastic and lemon. Bretty. Excellent.

Balanced acidity, lovely earthy leathery funk, pleasant oak. Great stuff! I really need to try more non-fruited Bokkereyder.

At brettfest. Aroma of funk, smooth butter, citrus and funk. Taste has nice soft buttery caramel, hay, barnyard, horseblanket and citrus. Really good.

8 3 8 4 17 Sampled at In De Wildeman, Bokkereyder Masterclass. Hazy golden orange with a ring off white head. Aroma has a deep funk, barnyard, manure, dry cellar and tannins. Flavour is light to light moderate sweet and sour. Medium bodied with very soft carbonation. Bottle sampled during Carnivale Brettanomyces at In de Wildeman Bokkereyder blending workshop. Quite hazy darker golden with no head. Quite woody, some vanilla, overripe apricot, green leaves. Quite snme tannins, old wood, funk, soft animal notes, hay, leather. Medium bitter and almost medium sour. Medium bodied with just a hint of carbonation.

[5/11/16] Draught at Koelschip in Copenhagen. Golden. Lovely aroma of barnyard, cobwebs, oak, leather, fruitiness. Juicy sour flavor with barnyard, oak, lemon, cobwebs, and a light bitterish note. Rounded mouthfeel. Really great.
