Keg at Marine Hotel, Seaton Carew. Amber colour, creamy white foam head leaving lacing and malt mash aroma. Taste is sweetish malty, biscuit, some cardboard, alittle fruity with metallic bitterness. Light bodied, soft carbonation, semi-dry earthy bitter finish. OK

Keg at the Waterloo, Amble. Pours clear gold, thick white head. Aromas of light sulphur, malt. Taste is sweet. Watery finish. Not that special.

clear brown, small smooth white head. mild malty and faint flowery aroma. flavor is mild, reminds me of vienna, faint malty, faint bitterness to match. delicate beer, not much taste, but what there is. is good.

50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden orange with a small white head. Aroma is roasted malty and light hoppy base. Roasted and mild fruity hoppy flavoured, light herbal to metallic note. Lingering malty and slight metallic finish.

Cask@GBBF2008. Amber colour, small white head. Aroma is hops, leather, yeast and mild notes of wood. Flavour is berries, yeast, grass and wood in a rather nice balance.
