Sampled from tap at ACBF 2017. Slightly hazy, deep red with a creamy, beige head. Sweetish, slightly sourish, fruity aroma of lots of raspberries, cherries, vinegar and oak. Moderately sour, slightly sweetish, very fruity taste of lots of raspberries, vinegar, wood and some cherries, followed by a medium long, rather tart, woody-dry finish. Medium body, slightly creamy and quite astringent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Nice!

Tap at Luppolo Station in Rome-Italy. Dark amber color with orangey highlights, medium-low ivory foam with decent retention. Nose: red fruits and caramel, light Balsamico. Mouth: acetic, the body is balsamic/herbal with a sharp herbal bitterness. Finish is peppery redundant. Long finish

On tap @Luppolo Station (Rome). Rossastra viva, limpida, schiuma bianco panna/rosata discreta, non molto persistente. Al naso note di frutta rossa, leggero vinoso, acetico via via più importante. In bocca è acida decisa, fruttata, acetico spinto. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Ok.

Bab 2016. Thnx to Tderoeck and 77ships for sharing the beers ! Pours clear redbrown, small white head. Smell is full, amazing raspberry aroma’s. Taste is full, sour, raspberry, bit dry. Rather watter mouthfeel. Oaky, rich taste. Perhaps a bit TOO sour for me (!) but a very, very nice beer for sure.
