330 ml bottle. Pours cloudy yellow with a nice foamy head. Floral grassy hops, sourdough, hay, hints of green apples and other fruits. Hoppy bitterness, slightly sweet. Medium bodied, oily texture, lively carbonated, dry hoppy bitter finish. A really nice flavorful and crisp Pilsner.

Bottle from the Offie, drunk at home. Light golden, almost straw, mostly clear. Very little head. Grapefruit and TCP in the aroma, it doesn't smell very balanced, maybe a little bit sickly. Tastes clean and much more balanced than the aroma suggests. The sweetness fades quickly and there's a light lemony bitterness to the finish. Lightly carbonation. Decent enough.

Oide Buegelverschlußflasche aus Otto's Brunnen : Pale golden, hazy, big and slowly collapsing loose white bleached head; fresh herbal-grassy hops in the grainy-fruity-yeasty nose; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied, pretty soft; lingering bitter-sweet herbal - almost with molecular piney traces - hoppy finish with a good dash of balancing pale malt. Good and clean...

(swing top bottle) Hazy, golden colour with a blond and huge foamy head. Slightly doughy and delicately grainy malty aroma with notes of crackers, white bread, backed by herbal and delicately grassy hops. Mildly bitter and slightly sweet flavour, light bodied with a crisp carbonation. Dry and rounded malt and hop profile with crackery Pilsener malt and a good dash of spicy herbal and slightly grassy hops; dry bitter-sweet finish. Pleasant. 31.VII.17

09-08-16 / 500ml swingtop-botle from the brewery. Pours a clear bright yellow colour with a nice white head. Fresh grass in the smell. Light body, light carbonation. light bitter finish. very refreshin Pils.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein leicht trübes goldgelbes Bier mit ordentlicher Schaumkrone. Geruch malzig, getreidig, leicht würzig. Geschmack malzig würzig, getreidig, leichte Bitterkeit.

Swing top bottle from the brewery. Golden yellow color, hazy (naturtrüb). Firm white head with big bubbles and good lacing. Aroma’s of grain and grassy and aromatic hops. Flavor is lightly bitter with a light malty sweet backbone. Light body. Finishes medium bitter. Very clean tasting, very solid German pilsner, but enjoy it brewery fresh!

The bottle looks simple, but good, the beer in the glass only modest turbid. Starts hoppy and dry - really good quality of the hops - fresh and flowery. Constant dryness in the finish, a little bit metallically. Although I don’t like dry pilsener, this one is really good!

Bottle. Clear yellow / golden color with a average fizzy good lacing mostly lasting white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, fruit, light hoppy. Flavor is moderate sweet and hoppy with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. (060806)
