Bottle. Pours very slightly hazy with small white head. Sweetish aroma of yeast and malt, probably due to the fact that the bottle is well past BBD. Bittersweet flavour, rather faint hoppy notes. Estery finish. Acceptable. Surprisingly good given that it is past the BBD. Needs re-rating, though.

Very fine, dense, just yellowish tinted medium head over lively carbonated clear golden beer. Herbal-malty nose, fine garden herbs and dryish malts. Dry -herb, pilsnermalt but without real sweetness, seems very attenuated. Even some hints at hops in the finish, if a tad metallic. Empty palate, not much going on except for the malts lingering on and a hefty carbonation. Not very exciting, but all the same a lot better than your average Be Industrial pilsner. Herzlich danke, Cornelia!

33cl bottle from COOP, Moudon, BB 26/04/2013.
