500ml bottle, 5 % abv, kindly shared by djoeye. A bubbly fawn-coloured head to a clear red-brownish body. Earth and brown malty nose. Flavours of nuts, dark chocolate and dark fruits. Smoothly roasted ending. Medium bodied. Decent version of the style (Tromsø 20.03.2015).

50 cl. bottle. Dark amber colour with a thin, off-white head. Sweet aroma with toasted malts, fruits, light citrus, bread and caramel malts. Taste is light sweet. Medium body with a creamy texture and an average carbonation. Finishes slightly dry with caramel malts and fruits. Nothing extraordinary, albeit not bad.

clear brown, smooth offwhite head. aroma of chocolate, malts, only a little hops in there. i like the chocolate like aroma though. Flavor is similar to the aroma, malts, dark chocolate, a little bit of euro hops to balance. The malty flavor is pretty good, bitter malts, dark chocolate..

Bottle@Ølmesse, Voldby - brown (unsurprisingly) coloured pour with beige head. Caramely malty aroma and taste, toffee, slight nutty,chocolate. Decent.

Bottle, 5.0%, courtesy of MiP. Pours cloudy coffee brown with airy beige head. Clear aroma of malt, with notes of hops, coffee beans, and caramel. Bitter, roasty flavour, with malty notes and hints of hops. Touches of liquorice and coffee beans. Bitter, roasty aftertaste. Not bad!

A clear brown ale with a thin mocha head. In aroma, a roasted malt with light peated notes, wood extract, not bad. In mouth, a good roasted chocolate malt with peated notes, herbal notes, still in good shape.
