Draught at Collins Pub, Seattle
Aroma is light with soapy citrus, some apricot and banana. Flavour is sweet with banana, soapy citrus and yeast. Sticky brown sugar at the finish. Sticky palate. A weird mixture of hefeweizen and belgian strong. A bit too much on the sweet side.

Tap. Pours slightly hazy to clear yellow-gold with a small off-white head that dissipates quickly with minimal lacing. Aroma is mildly fruity, with doughy yeast and wheat notes. Taste is slightly sweet, yeasty, wheaty. Slightly odd aftertaste that I could not place; slightly bitter finish.

Purchased at Armanetti’s in Chicago, IL; enjoyed recovering from jet lag after a trip home from Germany, right before springing forward. Appearance is a gorgeous bright cloudy gold with a rich white head that laces to the glass. Aroma is very floral, smells like pulled flowers from a garden, along with Belgian yeast and some clove. Taste is pretty intense, the floral notes enhance the spice from the clove and makes it more potent. very lively flavor with a seemingly high carbonation and medium body. Maybe this shouldn’t have been my first beer back after drinking standard German brews all of last week, I’m not sure if I like this one, it’s interesting but I wouldn’t want to drink another one.

Bottle @ home. Pranqster pours a cloudy, light yellow appearance with a white head that dissipates pretty quickly. Sweet citrusy, moderately spicy Belgian yeasty, lemon citrusy aroma- I love the nose! Tangy lemon, light orange citrusy, somewhat spicy, wheat, light barnyard, orange peel, coriander flavor. Lemon, wheat aftertaste. According to my records, this is the first time I’ve ever had this brew and I love it! Super easy drinking with tons of flavor- almost reminds me of Blanche de Chambly.

Draught at Akkurat. Poured a murky pale golden body with a thick white head. Spicy soft orangey nose, fresh and complex, carrying some lovely notes of bubblegum too. Sweet fruity taste, slight lemony tartness that helps the drinkability. Light herbal hop near the end. Fresh, very well balanced and a great American Belgian!

750ml bottle from Pick’s poured into a Trappist glass. Pours a cloudy golden orange with a minimal bit of white head that dissipates immediately. Aroma of fermented fruits, alcohol and straw. Taste is lightly sweet and lightly sour. Very nice alcohol taste, you can tell it’s there but does not burn. Medium bodied with a thin yet creamy texture. Fizzy carbonation and a long finish. Overall, not bad. I’m glad I am drinking this one but I probably won’t buy it again. There is better stuff out there.
