Review based on the BJCP2021 guidelines (style 30A: rhubarb / 28D - adapted low alcohol). Bottle 50 cl - Batch undeclared (BB 13/07/2023). AROMA: medium-high must aroma with a medium-low neutral-acidic background. medium-low fruity aroma and a low oxidized hop note (dried grass). APPEARANCE: light pink color with a lot of sediment if disturbed. medium-low white head with low retention. TASTE: initial medium neutral-acidic flavour, followed by medium-low beer must flavour. low fruity background as well as a low oxidized hop note. finishes a bit of beer must but with acidity giving a good balance. MOUTHFEEL: medium-low body with medium-low carbonation. OVERALL: a straight low-alcohol sour whit a more plesent taste than aroma.

Złote, zmętnione, mała piana. W aromacie sok jabłkowy, cytryna, rabarbar, brzeczka. Nie za kwaśne, poziom średni, średnio słodkie. Bardzo przypomina mi niemiecką lemoniadę Bionade, którą w sumie lubię.
