Over the last 10 years, Alexandr has become synonymous with Schilling Beer Co. It holds a truly special place in our hearts, and forms the centerpiece of our portfolio. Our team has tirelessly and delicately nurtured and developed this beer for over a decade to ensure that its drinkers know how much we appreciate them.

To mark the occasion of Alexandr’s 10th anniversary, we’ve created a special, single-edition take on this modern Czech-Style Pilsner. We are pleased to introduce the 10th Anniversary edition of Alexandr: an unfiltered (nefiltrovaný) rendition of our standard-bearing beer, brewed with whole leaf Sterling hops and spunded for natural carbonation. This beer embodies everything that we love in Alexandr with a unique unfiltered, rounded hop character.

10th Anniversary Alexandr is available at the brewery beginning today (Friday). It will be limited to a single production batch. When it’s gone, it’s gone.

We hope that you enjoy this special commemorative batch of Alexandr as much as we do, and look forward to toasting the next decade of Alexandr drinking together. Thank you for all of your support!

Tulip at Churchkey has a little haze over a straw gold body. Lacey white head. Nose has grains and grass, yeast. It read doughy but that blew off and a nice, straw character emerged. Dried herbs. Flavor is quite nice, sweet brioche, grainy, grassy. Its very very well balanced. Lightly sweet but offset by some bite.

4 pack canned 3/13/25, drunk early April and again 4/18/25.
Holy shit this is aromatic!! Was a bit unimpressed with the can I had at about 2 weeks old, but this has softened and ripened wonderfully. Insane amounts of classic lager aroma. Rich, rich yeast, hop, malt, water....it's all there in an amplified, but balanced, clean format.
Soft, big honey notes, some cracker/biscuit and not a hefty body, allowing for good drinkability. Still quite malty but with good attenuation. Maybe a bit bigger/richer than the normal version; certainly a bit more robustly hoppy. I wanna say the beer has another couple weeks of evolution (or, who are we kidding, lagers evolve beautifully in the fridge for many, many months). Will check back in in a while.

Pours slightly hazed into a stein. Bright white head with good retention recedes to coat surface. Cracked corn and hay aromas. Soft and full with sweet hay and straw upfront turning to mild lemon before the lasting, earthy bark finish. Fuller and more pungent than the standard version.
