Draught @ Mig & Ølsnedkeren. Pours slightly hazy pale golden with a small offwhite head. Aroma of wheat, light sourness, tart fruity, elderflowers. Flavor is sour, wheat, yeast, elderflowers, tart fruit, citrus, lemon. Medium body, soft to average carbonation, dry and acidic finish. 021019

From bottle @ Carnivale Brettanomyces 2017. Pale blonde. Lots of flowers, elderflower. Citrus and apple in the aroma. Floral, soft sour flavor with apple, elderflower and lemon.

750 ml bottle from the brewery. Pours a cloudy pastel gold with a huge airy head and lots of effervescence. Nose is spicy elder flowers, peppery, lightly vegetal, with lemon and grapefruit notes and some yogurt-like lactic acid. Flavor is lemony, lactic, and hollunder--elder flowers. Spicy, tart, citric, peppery. Lovely. We walked about Sansousci garden in the heat all day and this was the perfect refresher. Lovely.

(Draught at Beerlovers Bar, Antwerpen, 18 Oct 2018) Pale golden colour, hazy, with brief off-white head. Fruity, malty nose with citrus, peaches, elderflower and white bread. Malty, slightly tart taste with notes of white bread, citrus, canned fruit, flowers and a dry and tart finish. Light body, dry. Tasty and refreshing. Quite nice.

Sample @ BXL BeerFest 2018, shared with Belgian RB crew, thanks. Dorée sur léger trouble, col fin blanc. Arôme me fait de suite penser aux fleurs de sureau sur un effet un peu brett-funk et une pointe de citronné. Palais est doux avec un bel agrément de sureau fleuri et léger citronné, malt moyen versant sur le pils voire carpils pâle avec un petit effet funk-acidique de Berliner en fin de bouche - voire brett.Le sureau aide bcp dans cette version.

F: huge, white, long lasting. C: pale yellow, hazy. A: sour fruity, bretty, woody, peach, basement, bit Sulphur. T: watery sour fruity, apricot, bit brett, grassy, light body, medium carbonation, very refreshing, good balanced yet bit more watery, enjoyed, sample draft @ BXLBeerFest 2018 in Brussels.

Thanks to the RB crew for sharing! Sampled draft @ BXLBeerFest 2018! Low pink rosé, little head. Nose is nail polish, weird with sweet barrel. Too nail polish glue, pain, thin lemon, varnish, not a success.
