Clear golden color with a fine lasting white head. Ok lacing. Looks ok, but not really like a hefe weisse. Ok intensity in the aroma. Medium body and an average carbonation level. Moderate sweet and moderate bitterness. Malty, fruity, herbal and wheat in the flavor.
[Bottle from a Advent calendar 2017 – Hatch #11. Bought at Best of Beers in Aalborg, Denmark]

Sample from 33 cl. bottle. Clear, golden-amber colour with the usual fast fading off-white head. Sweet aroma with caramel malts, fruits - peaches and a sourish note, some herbal hops - the buckwheat? The taste is sweet and fruity. Medium body with a flat carbonation. Short, slightly bitter finish. Is this really a hefeweizen? Not a favourite.

Bottled (BB 10/2010)
Amber, clear color, small vanishing white head. Toffee, harsh malts, sticky rye bread aroma, quite terrible. Light body. Rye bread, some caramel, yeast, buck wheat ... Useless.

Bottled (from Ölkonsortiet). Goldeny amber colour, small beige head. Aroma is at first very diarrheashit like, but once it’s been in the glass a while it get a bit better, grainy and quite speltlike and that’s about it. Flavour is speltlike sweetness, some mild herbal notes as well as some mild grainyness. Mild notes of honey as well.

Bottle. A clear, golden beer with a minimal off-white head. The aroma has some hen-manure like notes, wheat and some fruityness. Not really fond of the flavor either, but it’s slighty better. Thin on the palate. The finish is pretty much like the initial flavor. Definately not my beer. 100806

Bottle. Poured a clear pale gold with a white head. Aroma had notes of grain, bread, corn and a bit of a metallic note. The metallic note was also present in the flavor that had similar notes to the aroma.
