(50 cl bottle purchased at the brewery, sampled back home) Shady copper color, fluffy tan head. Citrus, alcohol and grainy scent. Lots of marzipan and alcohol taste. Smooth mouthfeel, low bitterness.

(Bottle 50 cl) Slightly hazy amber golden with an off-white head. Fat, malty aroma with some caramel. Quite a full and rich body with sweet caramel, roasted malt and some overripe fruit. Subdued bitterness. A lovely, juicy Bock - but sorely underrated. 040107

50 cL bottle. Pours amber, almost clear with some light brown and quickly disappearing head. Clearly carbonated. Aroma is hop and fruit, some yeast. Malty caramel taste with yeast elements (Svaneke taste). Soft taste given by the caramelly malt and fruity hops. Reminds a bit about Tuborg Classic Gylden but has the distinct Svaneke taste to it.

[Bottle 6.9 %] Amber coloured with a slight haze. Dense head. Fruity aroma with a slight sourness. Sweet and fruity flavour. Somewhat sourish and a bit too fizzy. An odd Doppelbock.

Amber with a nice head. Malt aroma with some burned notes. Mostly sweet flavour, but with a bitterness I don’t like, tobacco may be a good description.

A slightly hazy amber beer with a nice light brown head. The aroma is typically for Svanke, sweet with notes of straw and fruity esters - reminding me of a barn yard. The flavor is sweet with notes of caramel, straw, fruity esters, and citrus, but also hints of the alcohol, and a slightly burnt end. The mouthfeel is very smooth, just like the whole range of Svaneke beers.

Cloudy copper colour with thin white head. Nice yeast hop aroma. Nice lemon fruit. A certain meatyness too. I quite like this. Lemon is subtle but present. Good balance and depth of flavour.

Bottle. Teaish malt aroma, mixed with pipe tobacco. Light orange colour. Very malty flavour, and a little peppery. Has some bonbon flavour which I usually assiciate with Ørbæk. Malty aftertaste. Nice. 5 2 7 3 17 Bottle. Quite malty flavour. Cloudy dark orange colour. Stable, creamy tan head. Hint of tartness, but nice. A bit fruity - not too pleasant. 5 3 6 3 14
