Mildly cloudy, blonde, bronze. Small, white head, slowly to frothy cover.
Lots of wheat and base malt! Lemon, mild pepper and low clove and other crude esters/phenols. Very authentic.
Soft, chewy, bread, Wheaty. Great malt, wheat and attenuation. Good balance with soft sweetness. Clean and malty and authentic.

Pint can. Pours a slightly hazy dark yellow color with a big foamy white head that has good lasting retention. The aroma is medium in strength with ripe bananas and some mild cloves. The taste mirrored the aroma with banana, cloves and breads. Sweet but not overly so. The palate was a bit lighter than I would have liked. Finished long with lingering bananas. Overall: Decent hefe--paired well with some chips

Sample at the brewpub. The beer is a cloudy straw color with a medium white head that recedes steadily to a film. Strings of lacing. Wheat, fruit and malt aroma. Light-bodied with flavors of herbal wheat, banana and malt. The finish is wheaty with a banana and spice aftertaste. Decent overall.
