Bottle sampled during Carnivale Brettanomyces Homebrew market at De Prael. Hazy reddish brown with very short lasting fizzy off white head. Doesn’t last more then a few seconds. Red grapes, overripe red fruits, soft fresh red berries, soft wood and tannins. Medium sweet and tannic bitter with a sour touch. Medium bodied with low carbonation. Very fruity and lots of barrel, quite nice.
