[Cask at the Alehouse, Reading at 3.6% ABV.] A pale amber pour with a thin white head; floral aroma with a touch of apple; biscuity malt taste with some sour orchard fruit; then a dry bready finish. A refreshing summery bitter.

Cask (backlog). Golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is fruity, mildly nectary along with smoe grass and herbal notes to it. Flavour has a nice maltiness to it, with some bread as well as a nice mellow floral, grassy and herbal edge to it. Easily quaffable.

Cask at the Merchants Inn, Rugby, 14/08/14. Clear golden amber with a decent off white head - a nice looker but thats as good as it got before I clipped its wings! Nose is light citrus, bready pangs, green apple, all a little raw. Taste comprises pale malt, cereals notes, orchard fruit. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, astringent bitter streak in the close. So very So !

Hand-pulled pint into a Cotleigh badged UK sleeve in The Crown Inn, Oakengates on 17 July 2013. Light amber body, bright and clear: an off-white head sat on top. Malty and biscuity in both the nose and taste: well flavoured for a beer with such a low alcohol level. The hops come into their own towards the end of each gulp giving a bitter yet floral finish to the beer. Nicely balanced and easy to drink, even if it doesn’t have a deep body depth, nor any different or challenging behaviour.
