Light on the lemony compared to savory notes, wheat/grain/hay, saison pie, tasty hints of lemon still there on the finish but background lingering sweetness accompanies the mostly dinner meal forward.

On tap at Haandfest. It's a lightly hazy yellow-golden colored beer with a finger-thick white head. Fruity aroma, woody, tropical and with some vinegar. It's medium to full-bodied, with a sourish touch, a pleasant carbonation and some tannins. Fruity, tropical flavor with hints of wood and vinegar. Funk and some faint peppery hints too. Sure, a nice brew, but I'm not sure the wood ageing did any good to the beer. 190503

24-11-19 // taster at Muted Horn Nose is not fantastic. Taste is rich wineous. Farmhouse yeasty. Barrel. Warming up getting a little wilder and more sweaty.

Golden with a white head - Sour wood aroma - Malt body with a sour wood flavour that has hints of vinegar - The sour wood flavour goes into a long finish - This was good

Ok tasty and refreshing ale. Hazy golden pour with a fine head. Decent lacing. Pleasant intensity in the aroma. Quite dry this one. But within limits. Green apples, citric, some spices and yeast in the flavor. [On tap at Haand Festival -19]

Tap at the Santa Cruz Taproom. Nose is lemon, grapefurit, a touch of spoilt milk and some fecal notes. Elegant flavor is lemony, white grapes, lactose, medium to low sourness. Nice, spritzy carbonation makes it quite champagne like. Just that slight fecal note detracts.

Bottle shared by Kyle, thanks! Pours a hazy bright yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has light fruits, grass and a bit of funk with a bit menthol underlying. Flavor has a nice light tart fruits with grass, menthol and a bit of Brett.
