6 oz cask at Cask On! Aroma of biscuit / cracker and light fruit hints. Clean malt. Quite malty overall. Good balance of bitterness. I like the malt character here. Actually quite nice.

Dull amber-honey. Not fully-clear yet. Small, white head.
Bitter, acidic, earthy. Maybe done toast with biscuit and cracker and light stone fruit esters.
Clean and malty. Quite malty, wow. Very good depth and attenuation with lots of earthy, bitter hop and a bit too much toasted malt lending a bit too much acidity. Very nice amount of maltiness. Good intro to the brewery!
