Hazy amber brown with a cream head. Aroma of Brett, malt and caramel. Flavour is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a little sourness from the infection. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Draught at CRAFT Beer Garden by Cerevisia Brewery. Cloudy, copper colored. AROMA- dark berries jam, dark berries, plums. FLAVOR- dry, lightly bitter, berries, floral and earthy, touch of alcohol. Medium bodied. Not bad.

Light rust and a touch of cream. Pours reddish amber with decent head. Clean finish. Easy drinking in Phnom Penh heat. Tap at Botanico.

Vi går planken for siste gang i Phnom Penh mars-19, nå på Botanico Wine & Beer Garden: lett uklar rødlig kobber med fint skum som varer. Karamellkjeks, røde bær og litt brøddeig. Hint av lime?

Tap at Woody’s, Otres Beach, Sihanoukville. Cambodia. Poured a hazy dark amber with a thin broken off white head. The aroma is grainy malt, light caramel toffee grainy malt, light sweet fruit. The flavour is moderate sweet with a smooth grainy, light biscuit, toffee, light dry metallic hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

On tap at Botanica Wine & Beer Garden, pours a cloudy dark reddish amber with a large beige head. Aroma brings out bready malt, some caramel and a little toffee. Flavour is along the same lines, with sweet caramel, bready malt and some candied sweetness. More interesting than the average Irish Red. Solid.

Hopfiger, wenig karbonisierter Antrunk. Geringe Herbe, weich, vollmundig. Angenehme Würzigkeit, steigend getreidig, trocken hopfiger Nachhall mit malzigem Einschlag. 6/11/11/10//10
