Donkere mouten en vers gebrande koffiebonen van Koffiebranderij voeren de boventoon in deze koffiestout. Het is het bijzondere resultaat van een lokale samenwering tussen branders, broeders en brouwers uit het Haags Hofkwartier.

Bottle. Color: Very dark ruby, very thin beige head. Aroma: Coffee, roasted malt. Taste: Roasted malt with quite a lot of coffee, grainy, malty background. Moderate to over moderate sweet, light to moderate bitterness. Medium body, just below average carbonation. A little bit thin. Ok.

Bottle shared at home. Amazing coffee smell. Pours black with light tan head. Deep roasted chocolate malts, coffee beans, berries, light rotting wood, dark chocolate. Light sweet and moderate bitter with light sourness. Medium body, feels a bit watery at first but becomes a bit more creamy later on. Soft fizzy carbonation. Coffee presence is huge and I love it but the stout could use a bit more body, I think.

Bottle shared thanks to sjogro. Almost black with big fizzy but short lasting brown head. Lots of espresso, roasted malts, light earthy, some dark berries. Very nice quality good coffee, but the berries and earthy notes are a bit much. Light sweet, moderate sour and medium bitter. Medium bodied.
