Legacy No.11 is an Imperial Stout aged in French Whiskey and Plum Brandy Barrels. The roasted base of the stout is enriched by the fruity, boozy, and spicy influences from the plum brandy barrels and the refined, smooth, and complex flavors from the French whiskey barrels. Enhanced by the caramel, molasses, and brown sugar notes from the stout and the sweet, fruity notes from the brandy. Prominent plum and stone fruit flavors from the brandy barrel, combined with the orchard fruit hints from the French whiskey barrel. Additionally, subtle vanilla, baking spices, and woody undertones from both barrels contribute to a well-rounded, deep flavor profile. Overall, you can expect a rich, bold, and complex beer with layers of chocolate and coffee, interwoven with caramel, ripe plums, brandy sweetness, subtle orchard fruits, and spices.

330 ml can. Pours a very dark brown with moderate tan head. Aromas of dark fruit, oak, nougat, sweet brandy, and dark toasty malts. Flavors follow same with a little more oak coming though, plus some dark caramel and nice whisky notes. Warm finish. Very good.

Burk på wilhelmshill detta ljuvliga ställe. Doftar choklad o lite lagring. Klunkar o blir lite förvånad. Annorlunda snakpalett. Här ligger torr whisky plommon o choklad. Eftersmaken torr med lite fatlagring. Spännande öl!!

Stor imperial stout barreld aged provning med Petrus efter badet .. Här har vi torrt choklad 74,5% ig ihop med wirre lagring och plommonvin . Lite ekighet. God torr imp stout

Malm� February tasting - dark sweet and roasted malty with chocolate and caramel, some dark fruits, rum accents, full bodied, more roasted here into the malty close.
