Bottle at home I think from beer gonzo? A light hazed yellow straw coloured pour with a thin white head. Aroma is zesty lemon citrus, floral delicate notes, straw, low pear and green apple. Flavour is composed of super tart pithy citrus, lemon rind, bitter citric acid, dry clean crisp grains. Palate is super refreshing clean acidic pucker, highiish carbonation. Uber dry finish. Very enjoyable.

Bottle at home, 15/04/17. Hazed pale golden to yellow with a well appointed off white head that retains well. Nose is lemon rind, on the turn melon, straw, dirty pineapple chunks, light herbal notes. Taste comprises citric sherbet sours, damp straw, lemon peel, light white peppery spice, balsa wood, apple core. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, crisp drying close with a juicy hop dusting and modest puckering conclusion. Solid refreshing hopped up ’Linner.

From tap. Pours cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is fruity, slight citrusy. Sour, fruity and citric. Mellow and citric finish.

Draft. A golden beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of spices, lemons, straw, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of lemons, straw, lacto, and wheat, leading to a tart finish.

33cl bottle from Beer52.com. A straw coloured pour with a ring of white head; the aroma has some sour cherry and cherry stones; sharp and refreshing in the mouth with more cherry fruit - less tart than other Calypso’s I’ve tied; then a pleasant floral finish. Very good.
