Draft. A golden beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of pepper, malt, grass, hops, and flowers. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, grass, hops, and spices, leading to a bitter finish.

Tap@MBCC 2018 Blue Session, Copenhagen - pours gold with a white head. Grassy hoppy and doughy pale bread malty notes, grainy, lemon, straw, hay, some grassy and light floral nuances throughout, crisp and light on the palate, medium to light in body, bitter hoppy finish.

Keg at MBCC 2018 Blue (session Zwei), 11/05/18. Light haze on a golden pour with a white cap. Nose is pale malts, straw, grains, hint of lemon. Taste comprises pale malts, light breads, floral notes, cereals. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok refreshing lager amidst a sea of big beers !

[5/11/18] Draught sample at Mikkeller Beer Celebration Copenhagen 2018. Blue session. Cloudy yellow. Grainy, a bit fruity, sweetish, bread.

MBCC 2018. Blue. Blood and Fists session. Keg. Light haze on this gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Light dry palate, decent fine minerally carbonation. Thin malts, mildly sweet. Nice light floral citrus. Minty basil think going on and then a lemony tangerine citrus on the back end. Unusual lager and pretty decent.

Tap at MBCC 2018. Poured a hazy straw colour with a thin broken white head. The aroma is malt, yeast, shisou I presume but more like Yuzu. The flavour is light bitter sweet with a fresh crisp, dry fruit palate. Medium to light bodied with average carbonation.
