Keg at the Rusty Bucket, Eltham. Amber/gold pour with a white head. Nose of peach, apricot, tropical fruit. Similar approach in the flavour with a touch of tart dry fruit in the finish.

330ml can at 5.6%. Poured a hazy golden colour with a frothy white head. The aroma is big peaches, some buttery yeast, grainy malt. The flavour is moderate to light sour with a smooth, fresh, light tart, dry peach palate. Medium to light bodied with average carbonation. If you like peaches you will love this beer, but who doesn't like peaches?

Can at Maidenhead Inn. Sweet peach aroma, surprisingly enough. Cloudy pale gold amber. Thin white creamy head. Light sour. Then the beach come through more. Salty too. Light bodied. A tad slick. Flat. Dry finish. Alright.

Can at home, 02/01/17. Hazed orange with a decent off white head. Nose is big on peach, floral notes, peach yoghurt, straw, passionfruit, sweet and sour notes. Taste comprises tarte peach melba, straw, grains, lemon drizzle, light balsa wood. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light puckering close. Ok ’Linner ... delivers well on the peach.

Bottle at home in London - picked up at Kris Wines. Pours totally clear gold with a creamy, white head. Wow, massive juicy peach aroma, with subtle notes of lemon and hay as well. Light sweet flavour with faint metallic notes, more peach character, some rather strong grassy bitterness, husky grains, citrus peel. Light bodied with average carbonation. Lightly tart on the finish, with some relaxed peach notes, more sturdy bitterness, some woody dryness, lemon rind, pithy grapefruit. Great aroma, but a little messy after that, and definitely too bitter in the aftertaste. Overall, just OK.

Hazy gold beer, good pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Bitterish peach turning to an intense peach. A savoury and dusty back note. Touch of citric peel before a dry finish. Bitter linger. Nicely peachy but a tad bitter.

Keg from Cambridge Blue. The keg was marked at 5.6% but the bottles are 5.8%. Light gold, hazy with a proud white head. Peach/apricot aroma: fresh, enticing, sweet. Taste starts sweet but the sweetness is met by an intense acrid sour. Apple skin and earwax in the finish. Best to be sipped slowly to appreciate the shifting nuances of flavour.
