Sampled at the brewery, pours an opaque brown, some sticky brown head. Nice nose, coffee grounds, cocoa powder, malt, earthy, some brown sugar. Flavor has sweet brown sugar, some soured coffee, a little a ashy, some tamarind. Oily on the tongue. Solid. Lotta character.

Dark brown, thick head, comes across thin sweet and bitter all at once. Decent stuff. Is 2am breakfast time?

Tap at the Greenbelt Brewpub. Poured a clear dark brown with a frothy tan head. The aroma is roasty malt, big dry coffee, light chocolate. The flavour is moderate to strong liquorice bitter with a smooth, dry roasty, liqouirce, dry coffee, hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

A deep dark stout with a thick frothy lacing brown head. In aroma, sweet fruity chocolate malt with good coffee notes, light butterscotch, light mineral notes, nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice bitter chocolate with loads of coffee grind, light licorice, alcohol warmth, very nice. On tap at Greenbelt 2 location, Makati.

Draft - Dark chocolate and some coffee. Jet black with a nice light brown head. Dark roast coffee, chocolate and a touch of heat. Nice, roasty and rich. Well done.
